2024 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Seniors Life Enhancement Centres cordially invites you to attend our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. To approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 22nd of June 2023.
2. To receive the presentation of the audited financial statements of the Corporation and Report of the Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, and to present to the members of the Corporation.
3. To recommend the slate of candidates for the Directors of the Corporation for 2024/2025 to the Members of the Corporation.
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
