A Day in the Life....at Seniors Life Enhancement Centres

• 8:00 - 9:30 am: Arrival, coffee and tea, small group chat, newspapers
• 9:30 - 10:00 am: Tabletop activities, one-to-ones, board games and word searches
• 10:00 - 10:30 am: Morning discussion, current events, theme topics and trivia
• 10:30 - 11:30 am: Choice of activites (i.es. board games, physical games, arts and crafts)
• 11:30 - 12:30 pm: Exercise and indoor walking program
• 12:30 pm: Lunch, followed by dessert, tea and coffee
• 1:30 - 2:30 pm: Choice of afternoon activities: small and large group programs (i.e. baking, trivia)
• 2:30 - 3:00 pm: Afternoon snack and social
• 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Small or large group program (i.e. bingo, cards)
• 4:30 - 5:30 pm: Individualized programs (i.e. word search, puzzles)
